You will join a team dedicated to ensuring guests have a memorable experience from arrival to departure, offering essential information and assistance to enhance their stay. This challenging yet rewarding role offers great prospects as part of the respected Kanika Hotels & Resorts team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow standard check-in and check-out procedures
• Assist guests with travel, holiday, and transportation arrangements
• Manage the switchboard effectively
• Handle messages, paging, wake-up calls, and requests for maintenance, housekeeping, or emergencies
• Support and report to supervisors

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate of a Hotel & Catering School
• Proficient in computer applications
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Pleasant personality
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
