Minthis is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, client oriented and friendly Front Office Agent to join our growing team of people. The Concierge/Front Office Agent will be responsible to manage front desk daily operational duties, deliver a warm Cypriot welcome to Guests and perform a variety of administrative and other clerical tasks related to Front Office.
Location: Minthis, Paphos
Requirements:
• High School diploma.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist at a 5* Hotel.
• Proficiency in English language. Knowledge of any other language (i.e Greek, Russian and German) will be considered an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word and reservation/ front office software programmes.
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate including basic salary, 13th salary, Provident Fund, Full year employment, Overtime Payment, and Public Holidays payment 1-1:5.
