Job Description

MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES

Welcoming and greeting guests and receive their tokens to entry the games.
Responsible for the safety of the children while playing.
Responsible for the games to be cleaned at all time.
Providing excellent customer service
Responsible for all chargeable equipment to be charged at all time
Providing accurate wait times and monitoring easy flow of the children entrance to the games
Maintaining a clean and organised at all times all gaming areas.
Answering guests and visitors enquiries in a professional manner
Tend to special guest needs and requests
Ensuring health and safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained
Attend job specific trainings
Attend team communication meetings

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Skills

Fluent in Greek and English is a must
Strong planning and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in shifts as needed

Personality characteristics

Warm, engaging and professional
Confident and well presented
Work under pressure and able to multitask
Attention to detail

Level of Experience

Experience working as a game controller or Host/ess is a plus
High school diploma and/or hospitality certification
