GENERAL MANAGER

GUABA LIMASSOL, CYPRUS

Guaba is looking for an experienced hospitality leader to take full responsibility for one of Cyprus’ most established beachfront venues.

We are seeking someone with proven experience in premium beach clubs, high-volume bars, restaurants and nightlife operations.

The role covers the complete operation — daytime beach service, restaurant, bars, events and night operations — with full responsibility for the team, standards and commercial performance.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Lead and develop a strong hospitality team
• Recruit and structure the right staff
• Manage bar, restaurant, beach and event operations
• Control labour, stock and operational costs
• Maintain premium service standards
• Drive revenue and profitability
• Take full ownership of the venue’s daily performance

Previous General Manager experience in a high-volume hospitality venue is essential.
