Job Description
General Manager – New Hotel Opening in Limassol, Cyprus
A young and dynamic company, part of a leading European group of companies, is opening a brand-new hotel in Limassol, Cyprus.
The property will feature more than 100 rooms, a swimming pool, restaurant, and additional modern facilities, catering primarily to families and couples. As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are planning to open several more hotels across Cyprus.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated General Manager with outstanding leadership skills, a strong service-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in hotel management.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a senior management position at a hotel in Cyprus.
• Experience managing a 4-star (or higher) hotel with at least 80 rooms.
• Fluency in English and Greek is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in hotel operations and team management.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the complete day-to-day operation of the hotel.
• Manage all hotel departments, including Rooms Division, Housekeeping, Public Areas, Food & Beverage outlets, and other operational facilities.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop hotel staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners.
• Liaise and communicate with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Drive operational excellence and achieve financial and business objectives.
