VACANCY
Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in one of our hotels at Protaras as the Guest Relations Officer and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
· Ensure that all guests have a positive experience while staying at the hotel.
· Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
· Monitor guest feedback through various channels and implement strategies to improve service.
· Provide support to the front desk team.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
· Organize and manage special requests and VIP services.
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
· Analyze guest feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Maintain a positive relationship with guests.
Job Requirements:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Guest Relations Officer or a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel.
· Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or its equivalent professional certification is desirable.
· Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (both verbal and written). Good knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
· EU citizen or eligibility to work within the EU.
