Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Working with the bank: monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, tax payments, due diligence;
• Working with an accountant in Cyprus: provision of the documents for yearly audits and other documents requested by the accountant/auditor; 
• Working with corporate administrator: ordering documents, services, checking the invoices of the corporate administrator;
• Working with suppliers: checking the accuracy of issued invoices, reconciliation (1-4 suppliers), control of timely invoice-payments; 
• Working with partners: control of loan payments, sending, requesting and checking relevant documentation;
• Registration of settlements in USD, CNY, JPY and other currencies (if applicable);  
• Drafting documentation (loan agreements, assignment agreements, distribution agreements, letters, etc.) if necessary;
• Payment of salaries and social insurance contributions;
• Supporting dormant and inactive companies of the group. 
   

Requirements:

• Russian and English language is a must
• Greek language is a plus
• Strong command of Excel 

Salary 2000-2500 NET based on the interview results
