Your day to day
- Welcoming all guests as they arrive.
- Explaining hotel spa facilities and services to guests and visitors.
- Selling and processing hotel day passes.
- Promoting Health Club memberships.
- Oversee the operation of the sauna, steam room, indoor pool, guest lockers, and gym.
- Ensuring health & safety rules are being respected in all Health Club areas.
- Keeping the indoor pool and gym areas tidy at all times.
- Developing a professional and friendly rapport with hotel members.
- Reporting maintenance issues.
- Maintaining accurate reporting of Health Club visits.
- Handing out towels.
- Maintaining inventory of health club supplies.
- Assist with any additional tasks as required to ensure smooth operation.
What we need from you
- Be able to communicate well in English (must have qualification).
- Be able to communicate well in Greek (preferred qualification).
- Be positive and customer-service oriented (must have qualification).
- First Aid or Lifeguard training (preferred qualification).
Timetable
- 5 day week: flexible days, Monday to Sunday.
- Shift work: flexible hours, between 6AM – 9PM.
