Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Health, Safety & Quality Officer

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company processes, products, and operations comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee inspection, testing, and evaluation processes to ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve safety, quality, and compliance policies and procedures
• Handle, investigate, and resolve customer complaints related to product quality
• Ensure effective employee training and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Monitor product development processes and identify any deviations from established quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports for management, regulators, and inspectors
• Ensure that all company activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement preventive measures
• Oversee workplace health and safety practices, including maintaining a fully equipped first aid and emergency response setup
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all certifications are maintained
• Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the CEO

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Health & Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
