Job Description
Ledra College is seeking to employ a Hospitality Management Lecturer for full-time or part-time employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and applied education in Hospitality Management, in accordance with the approved curriculum and the organization’s academic and quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Τeaching theoretical and applied Hospitality Management courses
* Preparing and organizing teaching materials, presentations and learning resources
* Supporting, guiding and assessing students’ academic progress
* Keeping up to date with current trends, practices and developments in the hospitality sector
* Collaborating with the academic team and contributing to programme-related activities
* Ensuring compliance with the organization’s academic and quality standards
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field
* Master’s degree in Hospitality or a related field
* Proven professional experience in the Ηospitality
* Teaching experience in higher education
* HRDA Professional Training / Trainer Certification
* Excellent command of both Greek and English
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to effectively deliver knowledge and support students in their academic development
* Professionalism, reliability and ability to work effectively within an academic team
