Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Part of the Front of House Team team.

- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

- Manage room reservations, bookings, and cancellations.

- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Respond to guests' needs and requests and resolve issues/complaints/problems in a quick, efficient manner.

- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.

- Handle guest requests, complaints, and payments efficiently.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel policies and procedures.

- Provide an optimal level of service and hospitality to the guests by acting as the point of reference for tenants or owners who need assistance or information.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills in Greek, and English. Any other language knowledge is a plus.

- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Good organizational and multitasking skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). Familiarity with reservation systems (Theova UHS) is an advantage.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous experience in hospitality or reception is essential
