Radisson Blu Hotel Larnaca, a prestigious 5-star hotel member of Sunnyseeker Hotels, is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
· Greets guest with professional and friendly manner.
· Provides information to any guest or visitor inquiry.
· Processes all payments according to the hotel requirements.
· Provides a professional image at all times through appearance.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information.
· Assists with check- in and checkout and provides service for all in house guests.
· Ensures close communication with all other hotel departments as needed to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
· Ensures correct filing and updated information in correspondence with paperwork and systems.
· Provides Yes I Can spirit, genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.
· Have strong computer skills and hotel software systems experience.
· Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language. Knowledge of a third language will be considered as an advantage.
· Proven work experience with at least 1 year in a 4 or 5 star hotel as Front Office receptionist
· EU citizen / EU work permit holder.
