A Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly, efficient service and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.

- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest information
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate records
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
