HR Intern (3 month period) – HRI/09/26

Our company, Human Asset Ltd, which operates in the HR recruitment and advisory services, offers a 3 month period internship scheme to young professionals

The Responsibilities:

•                 Screening of CVs and administration of CVs in the CRM

•                 Organizing the pool of candidates and arrange the interviews

•                 Administration support to the sourcing team and director

•                 Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date

•                 Assist in the recruitment process

•                 Participate in interviews and report writing

The individual:

•                 Acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Management or any other related field - 3rd year students are welcome as well

•                 Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English language (Verbal and written)

•                 Excellent Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)

•                 Multitasking abilities

•                 Good communication skills

•                 Very good organization skills and active listening skills
