Job Description

The Opportunity:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in line with internal policies and data requirements.
• Manage applications and recruitment activity through the online recruitment system.
• Participate in the delivery of internship programmes and support the onboarding of new joiners.
• Represent the Firm at recruitment events and career fairs.
• Contribute to ad hoc people projects and wider team priorities.

The Requirements:

• University degree with a minimum grade of 2:1 or equivalent in Human Resource Management or any other related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
