Job Description

Medicover Laboratories Cyprus is looking for an organized, responsible and people-oriented HR Specialist to lead and manage the company’s HR function.
 

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently coordinate daily HR operations, support employees and managers, and ensure that HR procedures are implemented smoothly and in line with company policies and employment legislation.
 

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR-related matters for employees and managers.
• Maintain employee records, HR reports and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, GDPR, internal policies and HR procedures.
• Support the implementation of the Pay Transparency Directive.
• Coordinate training activities, identify training needs and draft the annual training plan in collaboration with the other departments.
• Support and coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.
• Collaborate with department managers to support smooth people-related processes.
• Contribute to employee engagement and company culture initiatives.

Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant HR role.
• Good knowledge of employment and labour laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function.
• Professional, confidential and proactive approach.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 16:30
In-office position
