We are currently looking for an HR Trainer / Consultant to join our growing team!

What your role will look like:
✨ Meeting with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals to identify learning priorities
✨ Designing engaging learning experiences and development programmes
✨ Delivering impactful workshops on leadership, culture, performance management, business acumen, and people development
✨ Helping organisations solve people and culture challenges
✨ Contributing to real projects that improve workplaces, empower leadership teams and develop talent
✨ Collaborating closely with clients to create positive and sustainable workplace change
✨ Contributing ideas, creativity, and insight in business development initiatives and proposals
What we’re looking for:
✔ University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in any area of study
✔ HRDA Trainer Certification
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Fluency in Greek and English
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership, supervisory, or team management roles
✔ A collaborative mindset, professionalism, and genuine passion for people development
✔ Previous HR or consulting experience is a plus
