Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all functions of the Human Resources Department.
• Design and implement recruitment and employee selection processes.
• Manage employee relations and performance evaluation matters.
• Organize staff training and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English.

• Knowledge of labor legislation will be considered an additional advantage.
