Responsibilities

• Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Scooping and serving ice cream and desserts
• Operating the till and processing payments accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store
• Keeping the shop stocked with all necessary items

About You

• Energetic, friendly, and personable
• A team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Previous experience is an advantage, but not essential
