Responsibilities
- Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Scooping and serving ice cream and desserts
- Operating the till and processing payments accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store
- Keeping the shop stocked with all necessary items
About You
- Energetic, friendly, and personable
- A team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Previous experience is an advantage, but not essential
