Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Compliance & Logistics Officer, located in Limassol.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with suppliers in advance to ensure all prospective imports comply with EU regulations
- Collect, Evaluate & Archive all required certificates for imported goods
- Be aware and continuously stay informed about all the latest EU regulations and requirements
- Ensure that packaging of goods complies with EU regulations
- Collect and enter all relevant product data in the company’s ERP system (dimensions, weight, tariff codes, WEEE and AFIS related data)
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in international logistics
- Familiarity with customs clearance, CE- related documentation, labeling or import compliance documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Highly organized, with great attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for effective communication with Suppliers.
Job Information
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Gross Salary Range: 2,000 to 2,500 euro based on skills and experience
- Provident Fund
- Yearly holidays: 22 days
