International & Erasmus+ Officer
Job Description
The successful candidate will play a key role in the College’s international activities, with responsibility for coordinating Erasmus+ mobility programmes and managing relationships with our network of international educational consultants and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Erasmus+ & International Mobility
§ Coordinate and oversee Erasmus+ student and staff mobility, including incoming and outgoing participants.
§ Manage mobility activities under relevant Erasmus+ projects, including KA131, KA171 and Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs).
§ Liaise with existing and prospective Erasmus+ partner universities and institutions.
§ Develop and maintain inter-institutional agreements and international academic partnerships.
§ Guide students and staff through the Erasmus+ application, selection and mobility process.
§ Prepare and maintain mobility documentation, Learning Agreements, Mobility Agreements and other required Erasmus+ records.
§ Coordinate pre-departure information, arrival arrangements and ongoing support for incoming and outgoing participants.
§ Monitor mobility activities, deadlines, documentation and participant obligations.
§ Assist with Erasmus+ reporting, project administration and compliance with programme requirements.
§ Promote Erasmus+ opportunities internally and encourage student and staff participation.
§ Identify opportunities for new international partnerships, mobility projects and collaborative initiatives.
International Educational Consultants & Partnerships
§ Act as a principal point of contact between Casa College and its network of international educational consultants and recruitment partners.
§ Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing partners while identifying opportunities for new collaborations.
§ Manage consultant agreements, renewals, documentation and communication.
§ Provide consultants with accurate and up-to-date information regarding academic programmes, admissions requirements, tuition fees, application procedures and College policies.
§ Monitor applications and student recruitment activity generated by international partners.
§ Follow up with consultants regarding pending applications, documentation and student progress.
§ Monitor the performance and effectiveness of educational consultants and international partnerships.
§ Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials, programme updates and institutional information to international partners.
§ Assist in organising international meetings, presentations, webinars, recruitment activities and partner visits.
§ Represent Casa College professionally in communications with universities, educational organisations, consultants and other international stakeholders.
§ Support the College's broader internationalisation and international student recruitment strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
§ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, European Studies, Hospitality, Marketing, Management, Data Analysis, Law or another relevant field.
§ Excellent command of written and spoken English.
§ Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
§ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
§ Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and international contacts simultaneously.
§ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online communication platforms.
§ A professional, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
§ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience with Erasmus+, international education, student mobility, university/college administration, international admissions or educational consultancy networks will be considered a significant advantage.
Knowledge of Erasmus+ procedures and European mobility programmes will also be considered an advantage.
