Job Description

The successful candidate will join the technical support team of the company and will be responsible to:

• Detect and solve technical problems
• Install or update required hardware and software
• Provide technical support to clients as well as meeting customers satisfaction
• Provide services over the phone and in person
• Be able to work in a dynamin fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Hands-On Experience on Windows Platforms
• Networking/ Routing understanding / Basic Skills
• Hands-On Experience on MS 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, considered as an advantage
• Hands-On Experience on 3CX phone systems considered as an advantage
• Hands-On Experience on Watchguard firewalls considered as an advantage

To IT Support Team Leader
