As our team expanding, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Spares Support Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
A University degree or equivalent and/or relevant work experience;
Good proficiency in the AMOS data model and configuration for maintenance and material modules;
Basic knowledge of T-SQL within Sybase and MSSQL environments;
Basic understanding of vessel structures, vessel systems and equipment as well as marine engineering standards and classification society regulations;
Good communication skills as well as the ability to work within a team;
Good command of the English language.
Responsibilities:
Executing and resolving assigned spare parts engineering tasks according to architectural standards and protocols;
Ensuring timely and effective completion of assigned cases;
Escalating system defect cases as necessary;
Travelling and attending vessels or other Company offices for project-related tasks and operational support, as required;
Being adequately conversant with the Company’s Management System;
Implementing effectively the Company’s Management System;
Contributing to the development of new or the amendment of existing procedures;
Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement;
Executing any other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader/ Line Manager/ Head or Top Management
