Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting duties, including invoicing.
• Assist with bookkeeping and maintenance of accurate accounting records.
• Maintain accurate filing of all financial documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding payments and financial matters.
• Process payments and assist with bank transactions.
• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Monitor and control accounts payable and the posting of supplier invoices.

Requirements

• LCCI Level 3 (Higher) Certificate in Accounting Diploma or a University Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience shall be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent computer skills, with strong proficiency in MS Excel. Experience of accounting software will be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
