Candidate Requirements:

• Architectural Degree from a recognized institution.
• Working Knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D & AutoCAD 2D (Revit experience will be considered a plus).
• Working Knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Visualization / Renderings skills will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work on various projects simultaneously, meeting the deadlines while delivering at the highest quality standards.
• Excellent communicational and organizational skills.
• Hard working team player, willing to learn and grow with our team.
• A passion to seek excellence, be edgy, innovate, think bigger and make a difference!

Candidate Duties/Responsibilities:

• Developing Concept Sketches & Design Variations for various schemes (Both 2D & 3D).
• Illustrating Design Variations (Drawings / Diagrams / Renderings).
• Assist in preparing material for client presentations.
• Developing Technical Details and Construction Documents.
• Preparing drawing packages for all stages (Concept to Construction).
• Assisting on developing all necessary documents for the planning authorities.
• Assist in the Project Management side of various projects.
• Site supervisions when necessary.
