Job Description

VGDA Accountants Ltd, specializing in the Audit, Accounting, Tax, and Advisory services, is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our professional team as Junior Associates.

Successful candidates will start their career within one of our departments. Those who wish to pursue the ACA/ACCA qualification will be enrolled under our ACA/ACCA Professional Training Scheme.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or junior professionals looking to build a successful career in audit or accounting within a structured and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

·       Assisting with day-to-day professional assignments

·       Supporting the preparation and maintenance of accounting records, reports, and documentation

·       Assisting with reconciliations, data entry, and general financial administration tasks

·       Liaising with team members and clients when required

·       Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines

·       Providing general administrative and operational support to the team

Requirements

·       Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

·       Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

·       Fluency in Greek and English languages

·       Flexible working hours as follows:  Mon/Tues/Thurs: 7:30 * – 16:30 (30’ lunch break between 13:00-13:30); Wed/Fri: 7:30 – 14:00 (continuous)

* Flexibility is offered in the morning of 1,5 hour (arriving anytime between 7:30 – 9:00) provided that working hours are completed fully towards the end of the day).
