Job Description

We're looking for a lawyer to join our team of experts, with an English law background who's looking to enter the world of corporate law practicing at a law firm.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree from an English University or
• A master's degree or other postgraduate qualification in Corporate and Commercial Law
• A pleasant personality with an ability to follow instructions and work as part of a growing team
• An ability to conduct legal research
• An ability to work under pressure and within specified tight timelines
• An excellent command of the English and Greek languages and any other language will be considered an advantage

Duties:

• Drafting and negotiating agreements
• Incorporation of companies
• Drafting legal letters and opinions

Competitive salary plus discretionary bonus plus an ability to work remotely on specified agreed terms
