Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the processing and administration of retail loan applications and credit  facilities. 

• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to collect required  documentation and provide updates throughout the lending process. 

• Assist in preparing customer files, credit documentation, and supporting  information for loan assessments. 

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all lending documentation is  complete, up to date, and properly filed. 

• Assist in monitoring the Company's loan portfolio, including loan repayments  and customer accounts, and escalate any issues as required. 

• Provide professional and timely customer service by responding to customer  enquiries and resolving routine requests. 

• Support the administration and day-to-day operation of the Company's invoice  discounting platform. 

• Prepare routine reports and provide administrative support to the Retail Lending  Department. 

• Ensure compliance with the Company's internal policies, procedures, and  regulatory requirements. 

• Participate in ongoing training and development to build knowledge of lending  practices, credit assessment, and financial services. 

 

Qualifications 

• Very good command of both Greek and English, written and spoken. 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. 

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking,  Economics, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 

• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude. 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Eagerness to learn and develop within the financial services industry.
