We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to support the company’s digital marketing activities across its products and its clients' products.
This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who are interested in marketing and are willing to learn how to use modern digital tools and AI in a practical business environment.
Key responsibilities
Assist in the execution of digital marketing activities
Support the creation and management of social media content
Monitor basic performance metrics and report findings
Contribute to improving online presence and organic reach
Use modern tools and AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to support day-to-day tasks
Conduct basic research on competitors and market trends
Work with internal teams to understand products and messaging
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (optional but recommended for Cyprus expectations)
Basic understanding of marketing concepts
Good written and verbal communication skills (Greek and/or English)
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Basic computer literacy (Excel, online tools)
Nice to have
Any prior internship or exposure to marketing
Interest in digital marketing and social media
Interest in AI tools and new technologies
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning by doing and is excited to work with modern tools and AI in a fast-evolving environment.
