Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Junior Marketing Associate to support our Head of Marketing in executing diverse marketing initiatives. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with up to two years of experience in a similar environment, looking to hone their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative startup.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing
a. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
b. Train on and get certified in digital advertising platforms.
c. Liaise with service providers and raise issues or opportunities.
d. Stay ahead of market trends to identify growth opportunities.
e. Produce and share weekly performance reports.
2. Social Media Management
a. Oversee company social media accounts.
b. Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries in collaboration with product and support teams.
c. Keep content libraries updated and liaise with service providers.
3. Content Management
a. Manage the content library and review content from service providers (e.g., newsletters, blogs, videos).
b. Assist in editing and repurposing videos for marketing use.
c. Collaborate on new content ideas and identify opportunities for content creation.
4. Sales Support
a. Coordinate with designers and the sales team to produce sales materials (e.g., brochures, pitch decks, website content, videos).
5. Event Support
a. Assist with event logistics, materials preparation, and communication with event organizers.
6. Market Research
a. Research competitors, marketing trends, tools, and opportunities to enhance efficiency and reporting.
7. Brand Presence Management
a. Monitor the company’s presence across social media, website, app stores, and review sites.
b. Raise issues and propose strategies to maintain and grow brand image.
8. Collaboration & Support
a. Build relationships with peers to exchange best practices and explore growth ideas.
b. Assist the Head of Marketing with reporting, liaising with collaborators, and managing service providers.
c. Experiment with generative and agentic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate research, content creation, and reporting, and document best practices for the team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in marketing or a relevant internship.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using AI tools for tasks and able to design effective prompts and guardrails to maintain brand quality.
• Proficiency in video editing tools is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment and make a global impact
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
