Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join Jamie’s Italian Nicosia.

What we are looking for:

• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Passion for working with fresh, local ingredients
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Proficiency in English and/or Greek
• A pleasant and dynamic personality
• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes in line with brand standards
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and high-quality food
• Work efficiently under pressure in a demanding kitchen environment
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection and meet brand standards
• Implement and comply with HACCP policies and procedures
