Key Responsibilities:
Handle all linen according to Kanika’s procedures
Operate and maintain laundry equipment, ensuring it's in good condition
Control, store, and issue table linen as needed
Manage room linen, towels, and uniforms sent to external companies, reporting any issues
Communicate regularly with external laundry and suppliers
Collaborate with departments to ensure adequate linen supply
Use washers and dryers properly with the correct chemicals
Assist in cleaning and maintaining storage areas
Qualifications and Experience:
2+ years of laundry experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
High school or technical school graduate
Proficient in English and Greek (or one of the two) with strong communication skills
Courteous, positive, and friendly demeanour towards guests and co-workers
EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
