Job Description

The remuneration package will be according to qualifications and experience.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting legal and other documents.
• Court preparation and appearances.
• Appearances before government or semi-government organizations and/or authorities.
• Representing clients in arbitrations and mediations.
• Preparation of legal opinions and advices.
• Reviewing and drafting settlement agreements.
• Undertaking legal research.
• Liaising with various public authorities.

 

Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized university. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, oral and written.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Very good knowledge of legal research tools and software, including ZYGOS software.
• Ability to handle cases with minimum supervision.
• Organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases.
