Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Property Lawyer to manage and oversee a wide range of real estate transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating property-related agreements, ensuring legal compliance, and handling all aspects of land registry procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate sale agreements, lease agreements, and other property-related contracts
- Conduct legal due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches and risk assessments
- Manage and process applications with the Land Registry, including transfers, registrations, and encumbrances
- Advise clients on property law matters, rights, and obligations
- Liaise with land registry officials, government authorities, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable property laws and regulations
- Support clients throughout the transaction process from initial agreement to completion.
Requirements:
- Law degree and admission to the Bar
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
