Job Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Lead Social Media Coordinator to coordinate and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms and markets. This role is responsible for supporting multilingual content management, overseeing day-to-day publishing, and coordinating a team to ensure a consistent, high-quality social media and community presence aligned with our brand and business objectives. The Lead Social Media Coordinator will work closely with regional teams.
 

Main Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content in multiple languages, working closely with internal teams and external partners as required.
• Coordinate and mentor a small social media team, including content creators, community managers, or agency partners.
• Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and visual standards across all channels and regions.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and help adapt strategies accordingly.
• Oversee community management, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with marketing, PR and communications, and regional teams to support campaigns, product launches, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Manage social media calendars, workflows, and approval processes.
• Support crisis management and reputation monitoring on social platforms when needed.
• Monitor competitor activity to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover opportunities to improve engagement, content strategy, and overall brand presence.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Social Media coordination or management role within the Forex/Fintech industry.
• Proven experience in coordinating teams across multiple regions and supporting content operations.
• Strong understanding of social media and community platforms, related tools, and analytics.
• Experience working with multilingual content and international audiences.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
