Review and edit articles, interviews, reports, and other written content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy, ensuring alignment with the firm’s standards.
Assist in the preparation and refinement of submissions for directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers, highlighting the firm’s key strengths and accomplishments.
Maintain a consistent tone, style, and quality across all publications, reinforcing the firm’s professional image.
Work closely with writers, partners, and associates to identify key legal topics and industry trends, ensuring relevant and timely content.
Provide constructive feedback to writers and coordinate revisions to meet editorial standards.
Regularly review and update the firm's profile across various publisher and rating sites to ensure accuracy and alignment with the firm’s reputation.
Manage relationships with external publishers, including Lexology, Mondaq, Chambers, and Legal 500, ensuring effective communication and timely submissions.
Use analytics tools to track publication performance, leveraging data to inform future content strategies and improve engagement.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
A degree in English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial industry, legal, corporate, or professional publications, with a focus on editing and content management.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
Familiarity with SEO and content optimization strategies will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders, including partners and external publishers.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
