Job Overview:

Gruppo Casa, a dynamically growing company specializing in kitchens, doors, and wardrobes, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its team.

This role is critical to the smooth operation of the supply chain, with primary responsibility for coordinating orders, shipments, and transportation from overseas factories all the way to final delivery at company project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

The role focuses on ensuring smooth operational flow, data accuracy, and timely communication:

• Communicate with factories regarding orders and shipment planning
• Enter and maintain accurate order data in the system, ensuring completeness of all required information
• Coordinate container loadings and shipment arrangements
• Track shipments and monitor vessel movements until goods arrive
• Maintain daily tracking and updates of all orders and shipments
• Liaise with shipping and transport companies for container release and port handling
• Plan and coordinate transportation schedules for deliveries to company project sites
• Maintain and update operational records (orders, documents, costs, stock reports)
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure correct receipt and handling of goods

• Inform management and internal teams about delays or supplier/shipping issues

   

Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain will be considered an advantage
