Position Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and professional Driver & Vessel Supply Coordinator to join our team at our headquarters in Limassol. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of supplies to vessels, while representing the company with professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Deliver supplies to vessels calling at ports across Cyprus

·         Represent our company on board vessels under our agency

·         Collect goods from suppliers and ensure proper handling and transport

·         Prepare and complete customs documentation related to deliveries

·         Coordinate effectively with Operations Officers regarding delivery schedules

·         Maintain a high standard of professionalism when interacting with clients and port authorities

·         Support office colleagues as needed and contribute to overall team efficiency

Requirements:

·         Proficient in the Greek language

·         Basic knowledge of the English language

·         Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

·         Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

·         Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues

·         Professional spirit and respect when dealing with clients

·         Good organizational and communication skills

·         Ability to drive a truck without requiring a professional driving license
