Job Description

A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible to provide daily technical support depending on the breakdown and technical problems that will arise.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Ensure quality upkeep of buildings, grounds, and functionality of systems
• Execute plumbing, electrical, mechanical and other maintenance jobs
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and report to higher-ups on progress
• Communicate with different Departments to comprehend what they want and to provide them with assistance
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance
• Ability to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy
• Solve anything from minor repair issues to major installations
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Maintains the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.

 

Requirements:

 

• Previous working experience of at least 4 years in a similar maintenance position
• High school diploma or equivalent or maintenance-related degree from a vocational school
• Fluent in Greek and English language
• Ability to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organised
