Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our maintenance team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform daily inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of swimming pools, spa pools, and water features.
Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry by testing and adjusting chemical levels in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Operate, inspect, and maintain pool filtration, circulation, and pumping systems.
Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, valves, heaters, and dosing systems.
Ensure all pool facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational for guests.
Maintain accurate records of water quality tests, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Report equipment faults and recommend preventive maintenance when necessary.
Liaise with the Engineering and Housekeeping Departments to ensure the highest standards of pool maintenance.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience as a Pool Technician, Maintenance Technician, or in a similar technical role.
Knowledge of pool filtration systems, water treatment, and chemical handling.
Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance skills will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant technical certification will be considered an advantage.
