Job Description

At Cycon Animal Health we are excited to announce that we are recruiting a young and enthusiastic marketing associate to support the organization's marketing efforts working closely with the Marketing Manager of the company, by executing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing consumer behavior data. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials, manage social media, and generate performance reports to optimize future advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.

Market Research: Assist in gathering and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Data Analytics: Measure and report on marketing KPIs set by the marketing manager (website traffic, conversion rates, ROI).

Content Creation: Assist in developing and proofreading marketing material, including presentations, blog posts, and advertisements.

Event Coordination: Assist in the planning coordination and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Marketing manager for all marketing related activities.

Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience (internships included).

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing and automation platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), and Google Analytics will be considered an advantage.

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English for effective and creative copywriting and cross-team collaboration
