Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the agency, listings, and services
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising campaigns
• Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and property advertisements
• Coordinate professional photography, videography, and property staging for listings
• Plan and manage lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
• Monitor and improve SEO performance and website traffic
• Organize and promote open houses, property launches, and company events
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity and market presence
• Collaborate closely with real estate agents and management to support sales targets
• Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, media partners, and agencies
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, and content creation
• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
