Partnerships Manager – Digital Publishing
Job Description
This role combines partnership management, content strategy, and AI-driven search visibility to strengthen our presence across high-authority publisher and media websites. You will focus on building and scaling performance-driven partnerships that enhance brand authority, improve visibility in AI-powered search and Large Language Models (LLMs), and drive long-term revenue growth within the online trading and financial services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-authority publisher and media partners (e.g. comparison sites, review platforms, financial publishers)
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to optimisation and long-term growth
- Build strong relationships with website owners, editors, and media stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial agreements and secure high-impact placements and visibility opportunities
- Support partner activation through insights, recommendations, and performance-driven strategies
- Collaborate with Content Marketing to create and optimise partner-facing content for search and AI visibility
- Develop and adapt content such as platform reviews, product descriptions, and financial content for partner websites
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of brand and product information across all partner platforms
- Monitor partner deliverables and ensure alignment with contractual agreements and performance expectations
- Track and analyse partner performance (traffic quality, conversions, revenue, visibility) and identify growth opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve positioning in rankings, comparison tables, and editorial placements
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Main requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or media partnerships (ideally in fintech, financial services, crypto, or similar industries)
- Experience with AI/LLM-driven content optimisation or strong interest in this space
- Good understanding of online trading platforms, financial markets, and digital acquisition models
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive performance
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and agreements simultaneously
- High attention to detail, especially in contract and deliverable tracking
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
