JOB PURPOSE
The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the group’s strategic marketing and brand positioning initiatives to strengthen market presence, enhance brand equity, and drive revenue growth across all business segments. This role leads to the planning and implementation of integrated marketing strategies that reflect the standards and prestige of luxury hospitality experience while ensuring alignment with the group’s commercial objectives and brand values.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Group Marketing Manager oversees brand communications, digital marketing, public relations, partnerships, campaigns, and guest engagement initiatives to attract high-value clientele, increase occupancy and revenue performance, and elevate the group’s reputation within local and international luxury markets.
The role is accountable for monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and sustainable business growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, creativity, and brand excellence.
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures ensuring the team achieves the objectives and tasks essentials to the efficient and effective operation.
Lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training, appraising, developing and planning succession of talented personnel; nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or/and Hospitality Management or/and Business Administration, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification or luxury hospitality certification is considered an advantage.
Proven experience in luxury hospitality marketing.
Strong expertise in digital marketing and brand communications.
Strong management and leadership skills, with excellent organization and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (verbal and written)
