Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate and assist with events, activations, and community initiatives.
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, communities, and potential partners.
Proactively identify and develop partnership opportunities, community initiatives, and field marketing activities that strengthen the brand's local presence.
Support partnership negotiations and the implementation of joint projects.
Conduct market research and monitor local trends, customer behaviour, and opportunities in the Cyprus market.
Gather insights from the field and translate them into actionable recommendations and marketing initiatives.
Assist with content localization, translations, and adaptation of marketing materials when required.
Regularly propose new ideas, initiatives, and growth opportunities to strengthen the brand's presence in Cyprus.
Take ownership of building the brand's local presence through field-based activities. This is a predominantly field-based role, requiring regular interaction with partners, businesses, organizations, communities and events across Cyprus.
Requirements
Essential
Native-level Greek and excellent English language skills.
Cypriot national or long-term local resident with a strong understanding of the Cyprus market and culture.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in approaching new people, initiating conversations, and building professional relationships.
Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and make decisions within the scope of the role.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working without detailed step-by-step instructions.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather information and draw practical conclusions.
Organized, responsible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working with uncertainty.
Preferred
Experience in marketing, PR, brand marketing, event marketing, business development, partnerships, or community engagement.
Experience organizing events or promotional activities.
Experience working with local communities, influencers, or opinion leaders.
Established professional network and local contacts in Cyprus.
Good understanding of local consumer trends and the Cypriot business landscape.
