Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create and edit high-quality video content for promotional campaigns, property showcases, events, and social media platforms.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and interactive multimedia assets to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals aligned with brand identity.
• Maintain consistency in branding, design standards, and messaging across all channels.
• Assist in photography, videography, and post-production editing when required.
• Stay updated with current design trends, multimedia technologies, and industry best practices.
• Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives through compelling creative content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
• Strong skills in video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate marketing or property-related content creation.
• Photography and videography skills.
