Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the office environment and ensure everything is functioning properly
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and comfortable for employees and guests
  • Order, organize, and restock office supplies, groceries, and snacks
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers, including:
    • cleaning services
    • maintenance and repair teams
    • security services
  • Monitor office needs and proactively solve operational issues
  • Support a positive and efficient workplace atmosphere

 

Requirements

  • Previous relevant experience in office administration or office management
  • Fluent English and Greek
  • Russian language is a strong advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Love for organization, cleanliness, and order
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive and reliable personality
