Office Manager / Personal Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and trustworthy Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Provide administrative and personal support to Management.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails and telephone communications.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and other business documents.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and external partners.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation and itineraries.
- Maintain office filing systems and company records.
- Coordinate courier services and shipments from abroad.
- Assist with event planning, training sessions and company activities.
- Monitor office supplies and procurement.
- Support accounting with document preparation and filing.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and handling collections with clients.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driving license in Cyprus.
