Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to support our operations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end order processing within the warehouse system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of all transactions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between warehouse operations, sales, and finance teams, while maintaining accurate system records related to orders, returns, and inventory movements.

Responsibilities:

• Manages daily order processing in the warehouse management system (WMS), including order entry, validation, and release to picking teams
• Coordinates order execution by ensuring timely communication with warehouse pickers and supervisors
• Handles invoicing and credit invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Maintains and update system records related to returns, damages, and adjustments
• Monitors order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays
• Collaborates closely with Sales and Finance teams to align on order requirements, invoicing issues, and account reconciliations
• Ensures all transactions are accurately documented and traceable within the system

• Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and data accuracy

   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or order management (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Aberon)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
