We are currently seeking Parking Agents to join our team at Larnaca & Paphos airports. The Parking Agent will be responsible for managing rental car deliveries, collections and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers
Delivery and collection of rental cars
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
Provide customers with a clear understanding of the basic functions and equipment of rental cars and offer solutions to any concerns they may have
Provide directions and answer customer questions
Communicate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Oversee parking operations and ensure parking lot is organized and clean
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
Very good command of the English language (other language)
Valid driver’s license for manual and automatic cars
Good driving record
Basic computer skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues
